Competition Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.

Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information. Please note nothing in these Terms restricts the participant’s statutory rights as a consumer and if required advice can be obtained from a Trading Standards Office or Citizens Advice Bureau for further information relating to these statutory rights. 1. The promoter is Rise Rewards.
2. The Promotion is open to residents of Ireland only who are aged 18 years or over, except employees and their families of Rise Rewards and its subsidiary companies, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with this Promotion.
3. To enter the prize draw, entrants must sign into Rise Rewards, complete and submit the competition entry page.
4. One entry per person will be entered into a draw and the winner will be chosen at random.
5. No purchase necessary for entry into the Promotion. Entries received after the relevant closing date will not be accepted.
6. The Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
7. Should any prize element be unavailable, Rise Rewards reserves the right to substitute with an element of equal or greater value.
8. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
9. The Promoter retains sole discretion to withhold prizes without liability if in its view a winner is ineligible, the entry is invalid or a winner does not meet the necessary requirements as set out in these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control.
10. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries invalidated by technical problems beyond the control of the Promoter.
11. No purchase necessary, however, internet access is required. All internet connection charges shall be the entrant’s responsibility.
12. The information, including personal data, which participants submit to enter the Promotion, will be used by the Promoter to run the promotion including contacting the winner.
13. By participating in the Promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
14. To the extent permitted by law;, the Promoter excludes all liability whatsoever to entrants and the winner in relation to the Promotion and the prize to be awarded.
